We are a family run victualler shop with our own fully licensed abattoir on site purveying the finest quality Local Beef and Lamb for almost 50 years.
We concentrate mostly on Hereford and Aberdeen Angus -(all heifer beef ) and Wicklow lamb Mostly Texel breed sourced locally. We Dry Age our Beef and Lamb to add depth to the flavour and ensure tenderness and taste. By controlling our product through all stages we are true testament of the phrase farm to fork.
