About 100 people are involved with Tinahely GAA on a voluntary basis doing everything from being a committee member, training teams, umpiring to selling tickets or just help out in any way they can. They all put in a lot of time and hard work and it is a credit to all of them. However, the club is always looking for more help and if you would like to get involved in any way or either you or your children would like to play for the club please call one of the names below. You can also see a lot more about Tinahely GAA on its website: www.tinahelygaa.ie

To support the club, just send a text with your name and we will text back details of the game, fundraiser etc. This service is free and maybe some evenings when you are at a loose end you might come and support one of our teams. There are football games in the field most summer evenings so feel free to come along.
As there are no soccer or rugby clubs in Tinahely (the closest are in Coolboy for soccer which does have a lot of Tinahely players with them and is a great success and brilliant to see; for rugby you have to go to Arklow), the GAA plays an important role in Tinahely and it is important to provide the best facilities for our children at a local level. The field is so close to all; it’s beside the school and hall and has a lot of parking – we’re lucky to have all this so close.
